Application
XF-400 is specifically designed for optical fiber loose tube at high line speeds. Its best working temperature is room temperature, with the temperature rises, its viscosity will gradually decrease.
Feature
XF-400 is silica free, soft, non-sticky hydrophobic compound. It can remain soft at -50℃,and doesn’t drip at 80℃. It is thixotropic,suitable for cold filling. It can inhibit the growth of mold, very low hydrogen evolution, zero oil separation , with excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability .

Compatibility
XF-400 is well compatible with Acrylic resin coated fiber and cable grade polymers. But we recommend the compatibility test should be made before the polymer materials are in contact with the compound.
